Types of data processed
Following the navigation of the site, we inform you that Colella Group S.r.l. will process your personal data that may consist of: an identifier such as your name, an identification number, an online identifier or one or more elements of your physical, economic, cultural or social identity that are suitable to identify the person or make them identifiable ( hereinafter "personal data"). The personal data processed through the site is the following: contact information such as first name, last name, gender, date of birth, email, phone and shipping address for the receipt of goods which have been purchased. Other types of data may be processed if they have been given of free will via a private e-mail requesting data or via the site's contact form.
a. Data browsing
The computer systems and software procedures that are accountable for the site’s functions acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of the communication protocols of the internet. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects; however, it might allow user identification per se after being processed and matched with data held by third parties. The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purposes referred to in points a), b), c), is art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation as data processing is necessary for the provision of the services required and for dealing with any requests the user may have. The bestowal of personal data for these purposes is optional, but failure to provide it would make it impossible to activate some of the services provided by the site. The purpose of paragraph d) is legitimate for the processing of personal data in accordance with article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation. Once personal data has been bestowed, the processing is indeed necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which Colella Group S.r.l. is subject. For data processing carried out for the purpose of sending the user advertising promotional sale material directly or for the purpose of market research or for any commercial communications that are in relation to Colella Group S.r.l. products which are similar to those requested by the user Colella Group S.r.l. may use, without the user’s consent, electronic e-mail addresses and home addresses within the limits of the Data Protection Authority's measure of 19th June 2008; The legal basis for the processing of the user’s data for that purpose is article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation. In any case, in accordance with article 21 of the Regulation, the user has the opportunity to oppose such data processing at any time, initially or following subsequent communications, easily and free of charge by also writing to the holder or the DPO using the contact details above, the user can obtain immediate confirmation that the processing of their data has been discontinued (Article 15 of the Regulation).
Recipients of personal data
For the above purposes, the data will be made available to authorized internal staff and to external collaborators and/or service providers who oversee the processing. A list of these is available at the holder's office.
Personal data will not be disclosed, meaning that knowledge will not be passed on to unspecified subjects in any way, including through their provision or consultation.
Data Retention Criteria
The data will be kept by Colella Group S.r.l. for the entire period necessary to provide the services required, for the subsequent time required to comply with legal norms, as well as for the time required to allow possible defense and protection during any judicial proceedings.
