Delivery times may vary when there are sales, promotions and end of season sales on the site. If the courier delivers a package that is damaged, wet or open, please accept it exclusively under reserve, specifying on the waybill before signing the reasons for the reserve itself (e.g. open package, wet package...). You can check the status of your order in the MY ORDERS section of your personal account.

Verify that the shipping address is correct;

- If there is a non-delivery notice, contact BRT at the relevant location. It is not possible to indicate a desired delivery time. The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. We recommend that you choose an address at which you are easily available. You will not be able to change the address once the order is completed. The courier will try to deliver the order for two consecutive days. After two attempts of delivery, the package will remain in storage at the Brt depots, pending the customer's instructions. You can request an invoice by entering your tax code. You can choose to enter data other than your shipping information by specifying an invoice address other than the shipping address. Entering an Italian tax code is essential for issuing an invoice. Without this data it is not possible to issue it. If you are from outside of Italy or do not enter your tax code, you will still be sent a receipt.
